Personal Food Shopping Services & Supermarket Tours

I have created a fun and exciting grocery store tour to help you better navigate the aisles.  I will show you what to look for, what to avoid, how to read nutrition labels, how to steer clear of ‘food marketing’ ploys and identify healthy products.   I also work with clients as their personal shopper for groceries and introduce the best places for fresh, seasonal produce at the best prices while saving you time and money.  This service can be a private one-on-one tour as well as a ‘group tour’ with you and your friends!

Kitchen Ambush & Pantry Makeover

I have created my  Pantry Makeover service that will do more than provide you with the knowledge you need to make healthier, cost effective choices in the grocery store.  As a Healthy Family Pantry Stylist, I will organize the pantry in your home and meet with you to clean out your pantry and create a grocery list for you and your family.  I will then do your food shopping and stock your pantry and fridge to make your meal prep easy and convenient.

Kitchen Cooking Parties, Kids Birthday Parties and In-Home Demonstrations

Cooking in your home, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner (healthy desserts, too), I will teach you new techniques and make easy-to-prepare meals for your whole family.

  1. Is there a problem for men consuming soy products? I read an article that stated unfermented soy creates an hormonal (estrogen) imbalance for men and that the Japanese are careful to not consume unfermented soy. If there is truth to that, is there not a real problem for America as so many food products are including soy in the ingredients?
